We believe in fostering a straightforward, transparent relationship with our patients. To maintain independence in how we practice and ensure the highest quality of care, we operate on a direct-pay model. This means we are paid by our patients, rather than by Medicare, Medicaid, or third-party insurance companies.

While we do not bill insurance directly, we understand that many of our patients wish to utilize their out-of-network benefits. To assist with this, we partner with Mentaya, a service that simplifies the process of seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider. After each visit we provide a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit through Mentaya to pursue reimbursement based on your plan’s out-of-network coverage. We are happy to help you check the benefits your plan offers and guide you through this process to make it as seamless as possible. Please note that Medicare and Medicaid do not offer out-of-network reimbursements.

For your convenience, we accept a variety of payment options:  

• HSA (Health Savings Account) payments: Use your tax-advantaged account to cover psychiatric care services.  
• Credit cards: Secure and easy transactions with major cards.  
• Cash or check: Traditional payment methods are always welcome.
